Rob has a strong background in leadership development. His Masters in Education: Student Affairs Administration from Loyola University Chicago prepared him for working with individuals to encourage their growth and development. As a college administrator, Rob mentored countless students and facilitated numerous training sessions. He is able to tailor sessions centered around conflict management, communication styles, and team building. Rob is familiar with the Myers Briggs and is able to facilitate sessions. Rob is also experienced with advising tech start-ups.
